Team BRM Mygale driver Richie Stanaway returned from Germany very pleased with his performances testing a Formula Masters car. The test was only the second time Richie had driven a wings and slicks car, the first being a Formula Toyaota, which he used to great effect to win the Hamilton Street Race this year.
“The cars are awsome to drive” said Richie, “and I hope to take the opportunity to race with the team this year”
Richie set the fastest time ever in the Formula Masters car, and completed a number of race simulation runs, which would have seen him win the last event by over 15 seconds.
To say the team were happ with his performances is an understatement, and it looks like Richie will be Europe bound again very soon. This will be a great step forward in Richie’s goal of reaching F1.
