untitled This weekend at Snetterton was again an exceptional weekend for the Mygale teams, with Josef Newgarden (JTR) claiming 2 wins and Jordi Cunill (GV Racing) celebrating his 1st single-seater victory in his career! The 16 year-old Spaniard signed the 2nd win of this first season for the GV Racing team in the MSA British Formula Ford Championship. At the same time, the championship leader James Cole (Jamun Racing) managed to double up his points lead thanks 3 consistent races and podium finishes. 2009 is more than ever an outstanding and promising season for the French manufacturer! On the other side of the Channel, the Benelux Formula Ford Championship teams were all the TT-circuit in Assen for the rounds 7 & 8. Once again, the Mygales were the front-runners as usual and the 2009 phenomenon Melroy Heemskerk (Geva Racing) won these 2 more races. With that 8 out of 8 unbeaten streak Melroy and the Geva Racing team the first champions for 2009, probably in Europe and definately in the Netherlands!! Melroy achieved at the same time his 5th and 6th pole-position, his 5th and 6th fastest lap and his 7th and 8th victory in 8 rounds so far. Geva Racing also won the two zetec races, bringing their tally to 89 victories for Mygale!
