2012-img-F3-Red Bull Ring-agostini120Mygale driver Ricardo Agostini has continued his hot streak in the Italian F3 Euro series taking two wins from three starts during the latest race of the championship at Austria's Red Bull Ring circuit last weekend.

Agostini was a dominant force in the fifth round of the hotly contested series, with fastest time in both qualifying sessions and two race wins and a fourth to move up to third in the championship. After a slow start the Mygale driver, in his rookie season, has proved the fastest driver in the championship and with three rounds remaining is a likely championship winner in 2012.

In Race One Agostini, driving his JD Motorsport Mygale M-10, was never headed as he leapt away from pole position to score victory by 11 seconds, setting the fastest lap of the race in the progress. race two was tougher for the driver from Padova, with a slow start dropping him back through the field. He did recover to finish fourth, battling with a pack of fiver drivers for the final podium position.

Race three was another procession for JD Motorsport, Mygale and Agostini, with another lights to flag victory, this time with a full 13 second margin, and another fastest race lap - by more than eight tenths of a second.

The sixth round of the Italian F3 euro Series will be held at the Imola circuit on the first weekend in September.
